After transitioning from the medical field to the world of cheese, Rachel is the Director of Operations at Venissimo Cheese and has spent the past eight years building her career in cheese, beginning at Whole Foods Market before joining Venissimo. A Certified Cheese Professional (CCP) with a passion for drinks—from wine to cocktails—she brings a unique blend of expertise to every pairing experience.

Veteran Food & Beverage Professional | Certified Sommelier, Court of Master Sommeliers
Bryan Taylor is a San Diego–based sommelier with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Inspired by his family’s European roots and a childhood defined by scratch-made meals, Bryan built his career on the fundamental belief that “wine is food.”
Since earning his certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2012, Bryan has excelled in fine wine sales and consulting. His expertise is informed by extensive travel through Europe’s premier wine regions and deep-rooted connections with winemaking families. Known for his dedication to hospitality and education, Bryan brings technical knowledge and a genuine passion for storytelling to every glass he pours.
